The First Step

Oftentimes, recognizing that your life is not functioning as well as you would like and wanting to do something about that fact is one of the hardest steps for many people to take.  In therapy, we work together to identify goals and create the building blocks for positive and long term change.

Issues Explored in Therapy

Some  of  the  issues  addressed  in a  meaningful  way  in  therapy  may  include:    Managing anxiety, building  self  esteem, adjusting  to  life  cycle  changes, strengthening  pathways  to  better  relationships,  healthy coping  mechanisms  for  grief  and  loss, and adapting  positively  to  life’s  many  changes and  challenges.
